Steve was great. He worked around my schedule, provided me with his opinion on what I needed, didn’t try to up sell me, and cleaned up his mess after his quick installation. He even came back a second time to move a carbon monoxide detector to another area.

I needed a system ASAP because of some suspicious activity at my property and things going missing. I called Rebecka that morning and her team was able to come out later that afternoon to secure the property for me and take care of me. It was seamless and I was so relieved. She got me set up and taught me how to use the system, add users, arm and disarm, and continues to service me after the install when I had questions. I highly recommend her to everyone! The system is convenient and I can arm / disarm from my phone. They notify me when the alarm is tripped, and I know when the front or back door is open / closed. I have had much more peace of mind since, this is a great investment equivalent to the price of a meal out. You won't be disappointed!

We were told it would be a three to five hour job and they were spot on. Cameras are mounted and the workmanship was outstanding. The cameras actually cover more area than we were told which is fantastic. We were also given outstanding training on how to use and record from the cameras when they record something we want to review. We have terrific views of our yard and will sleep better because of them.

Steve and Norm were awesome!! We set an appt for Steve to come and give us a free estimate and was actually able to have the security system installed that same day and the cameras installed the very next day! I would definitely recommend America’s Choice Security Service to ANYONE looking for security system/camera installation! Steve and his wife are great! All willing to go above and beyond! I have had issues with my video camera doorbell and Steve spend over an hour troubleshooting with customer service. They are always so reliable and trustworthy. Great service!!!

Installation was fast, technician was punctual. He didn't try to upsell me anything and actually talked me out of things he didn't feel I needed. We're very particular about aesthetics in our home and he was able to work around that as well. I would recommend them to others. Monthly monitoring probably varies depending on what you choose but mine is $38.99/mo for 36 months. There is a provision in the contract that it can increase after the first year but I was told he's only seen that twice so it didn't deter me. I only had to pay $99 for installation but I believe that varies depending on the equipment/sensors you want in your home. They do have a basic package that may be cheaper up front. I appreciate the fact that he is a straight shooter and you get all the info you need upfront and over the phone. They don't come out first and surprise me with extras. Overall I'm very satisfied! Recommended!

The whole process was seamless; Steve was great. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. He completed the job himself and it was taken care of within 48 hours; he was even able to install the smoke detectors we needed, as well. We were so pleased with the service and the pricing. We highly recommend this company for home security needs.

It went well. They were very professional. They addressed all of my news and answered all of my questions.

The work was done on time and for the price proposed. We found the installer to be very knowledgable. He originally came out to service the existing system when we could not get responsive service from the 'other guys'. We had one call-back to correct a small programming issue, but that was handled quickly and at no charge. We are delighted with the new system, and would recommend to anyone who is tired of the run-around from other service providers.

Company representatives were on time and courteous. They were willing to do a pre-installation walk through to discuss options, and they catered to my needs and desires vs that of other companies that tried to force me into what the want to sell.
