Description of Work: Cleaned airducts and carpets. First time I used this company. Overall I was very satisfied with the results. They responded quickly to my email request for an estimate, were prompt with arrival times, and did a nice job. My only disappointment was the estimate to have my sectional cleaned $220 - I thought this was steep considering cleaning the carpets for 3 rooms was about the same price. I declined the sectional cleaning.

 + -1 moreThey were late for the initial appointment and had several delays that totaled up to be 5 hours I waited on them. They did discount it 40% off. The technician who did the work did an excellent job. My carpet looked brand new when they had finished.
Description of Work: They cleaned my basement and stairway carpet areas.
