It did not go well at all. I contracted ASAP Plumbing, owned and operated by a Jonathan David Shepherd, to install three septic systems. The total cost was supposed to be $10,000. I paid him $7500.00 down and was supposed to pay him the other $2500.00 when all three tanks were installed and passed inspection by the health department. I ended up with two holes and two concrete tanks. They were not hooked and the leach chambers were not installed. Literally, I got two holes in the ground and two tanks for $7500.00. David Shepherd, who owns and operates ASAP Plumbing would not return my phone calls so I ended up taking him to court. The case is still pending. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU USE THIS CONTRACTOR! Description of Work: I contracted this company, owned by a David Shepherd, to install 3 septic systems for a small mobile home park. He came out and dug two holes and the concrete products company delivered and placed in the holes two tanks. ASAP then left, saying he would be back soon to finish running the leach chambers and hook two systems up. He did not cover the tanks or put any water in them. They sat thru several weeks of bad rains and eventually floated back out of the ground. Every time I called him, he promised to be back within a few days, but did not show up. Finally, I called our local health department and talk to the person over the sewer systems in our county. He contacted David Shepherd, who agree to meet with him on my property. We did all meet and the health department official showed Mr. Shepherd where to put the tanks. He agreed to be there the following Saturday to begin installing the tanks properly. When I arrived at my property, ASAP Plumbing had already dug a hole, in the wrong location, for one tank. When I tried to argue with him, he simply shrugged and said that's where it was. He dug two holes, and the concrete products company moved the tanks from their previous location and put them back in the ground. He them partially covered them and began loading his equipment. When I asked where he was going, he stated he had another job to go to and he would be back on Monday. That was in April of 2010. From that time on, he would not return my phone calls and told the health department official that I had ordered him off my land. That was a total lie. So, basically, I paid $7500.00 for two holes in the ground and two tanks, one of which is useless.
