Description of Work: Mr Mack installed a furnace and central air with a heat pump. He did an excellent job and cleaned up and hauled off the old furnace and air. I would highly recommend him

He also has saved us time and money by actually helping us over the phone rather than stopping out and charging a service fee. We really appreciated that he just explained how we could fix the issue ourselves, when possible.
Description of Work: We have used this company multiple times. This includes recharging our air conditioner and addressing issues with our heater.

 + -1 morelesson learned is to not trust this repairman to work in a cost effective way.
Description of Work: begin service was to charge refrigerant, which promptly leaked out. i then tasked the repairman to look for leak before another waste of money and refrigerant. finally, he found a leak inside the "A" coil. replace coil and recharge was at full tilt price with me the customer paying to dump expensive refrigerant into the air.

 + -1 moreAt time of first contact, he was busy (understandable since it was a cold snap and some people needed emergency service). But, a day or two later he told us he would be on a job nearby and could stop by afterwards. He did, on time and looked at the building and discussed the HVAC options with us, considering local availability of utilities (no natural gas, etc.) and our desired arrangements. He promised to call us back with a proposal as soon as the next day. However, we never heard back from him and gave up on him after waiting two weeks, going with a different contractor.
Description of Work: "Mack" came to our site to evaluate, advise on and recommend the best type of HVAC system for an existing 30' x 40' workshop building.
