Sterling Tile

Sterling arrived promptly to assess the prospective job when I called and requested an estimate on tile work in multiple rooms for a home remodel/renovation. After our first meeting, he quickly followed through with additional questions via phone, and subsequently provided an estimate via e-mail. Sterling was exceedingly professional, knowledgable, offered suggestions and alternative solutions where necessary, and clarified a number of questions I was unable to get answers for at the tile shops when purchasing our tile products. He arrived with several employees on the first appointed day and they worked over the course of about a week until all of the projects were completed to our satisfaction. Having worked with several dozen different sub-contractors during the remodeling project, I can assuredly say they were the most efficient, accommodating, good-natured and professional group that I encountered. They cleaned up after themselves each day (a rarity) and worked around our schedule and that of the other sub-contractors who were in the home at the same time. I was exceedingly satisfied with all of the tile floors and the kitchen backsplash - they look fantastic. The transitions between the flooring in different rooms that they provided were excellent. I would certainly utilize their services again. Importantly, I had four estimates on the same work and they offered the most competitive pricing. The references I checked for them, before employing them, were all uniformly excellent.

He gave fantastic prices. I could not trust it anywhere else. His work was absolutely fantastic and he did great work. The one time I did have trouble; I called him and told him that I had trouble. He came out personally and redid the entire floor just to make sure that the tile was all right. He stood behind his work. He came out, looked at it and re-did it that day. He was very punctual, when he said he would be there, he was there. He is local but he was professional. I would recommend and use his services again in the future.

He was very, very knowledgeable about all my options. He came when he said he would. He's been doing tile for 15 years. He does all kinds of tile including natural. His father and family were in tile and he is a second-generation tile layer. He had done a good job.
