Very professional, prompt, timely, courteous, great communication, and in and out in about 5 hours total. They cleaned up all mess and disposed of the existing equipment. They always do our electrical work and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Electrical: removal of existing service riser and meter base, install new meter base at ground elevation, install grounding per NEC code, new conductors, provided electrical permits and inspections, installed exhaust fans in bathrooms.

K&O Electric is the most amazing company to hire for any electrical needs in Northern Kentucky. I called Sunday night and they where there Monday morning!!! very poorly. They left the job saying that they could not fix the exterior outlet even though they installed it.
Description of Work: Hired to install outside outlets. Work was unsuccessful, too expensive, and company never provided repeated requests for receipts of materials. First invoice stated that company was only charging for materials used; no labor was included. Then company sent a revised invoice included labor because I asked for paid receipts. No explanation was provided for the unethical revision. I was never provided with a written proposal of work prior to company starting the work, even though they advertise that they always provide one.. I never provided them with instructions to “PROCEED” with the planned work

Let me just say these guys AWESOME ! They work quickly and ALWAYS clean up after themselves. They know what you need and explain it to you in a simple explanation for you to easily understand. They were always on time, very polite, and, always stop to pet my dogs. I will use them again and tell all my friends to do so also.
Description of Work: They converted 28 can lights to LED. Installed 2 ice maker units. Replaced timing feature for outdoor lights to a SIMPLE control right by the doors, Replaced outside outlets to weatherproof boxes, replaced motion lights moved some things on to different brokers to lighten the load on other breakers. Installed a ceiling fan in bathroom
