Description of Work: We needed to have flower beds weeded and prepped for winter; a very nice young man came out and did a very thorough job with good bedding mulch and the work was done in a timely manner, after a minor hiccough at the start which is explained herein. There were just two issues that arose: 1) a piece of equipment was left in our yard for weeks after which was somewhat of a nuisance. The company even called us the day after the job was done saying that they realized they left it at our house and would come and get it - but it took 3 or 4 weeks; 2) also, when we originally stopped by the actual business to discuss having someone come out and do the work it was several days and several repeat phone calls before we ever heard back from anyone. Usually this would not have been a problem, but our area is remote and there are not a lot of nurseries nearby so you're pretty much left to do these things yourself and/or hire from out of town which adds to the expense. Additionally and more importantly, we wanted to get the work done within a reasonable time to have the house look nice for out of town guests who were coming. You would conclude that if someone has a business and provides a service, a return phone call within 24 hrs. seems reasonable. We will probably use this same nursery again but if this critique can help them do a better job in the future I think it would be worth it for them to know.
