+ -1 moreMy large deck was really BAD with mold. I was under the impression that the mold that had formed would be permanent. However, my deck looks brand new and it's 10 years old! It took about 2 weeks to get an appointment, but I understand because I know summer is their busiest time. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Description of Work: Pressure washing of deck.

+ -1 moreHe had to replace the that part of the ceiling and painted it. He had to do a bunch of other little repairs as well. Since he did the repair I have not had any issues. He did a nice job. He is very honest and he is reasonable too.
Description of Work: He fixed a place on the roof that was leaking into the bedroom.

+ -1 moreWe have several rental properties that we need to sometimes get done quickly before a tenant moves in. We were referred to Mr King by another property owner from our investor group who uses him quite often. They showed up and in 3 days we were ready for tenant to move in. Everything was flawless. Very professional. Will use again, and would refer them to any homeowner.
Description of Work: The repaired tiles in the kitchen, replaced tile in the bathroom, installed/upgraded toilet. Painted 2 bedrooms. Installed new vanity in full bath.
