Description of Work: Mr. Sanders came to at first give us a bid for a new unit because we were previously told we needed one. He then asked to check it, which was a flat rate of $79. What a wonderful professional! He did a thorough look into our ac. He found that our gages weren't tightened and we had a leak inside. Our air was back on and running. A week later it's still going. He was very upfront and honest. We have become life customers from being so impressed with his work ethic.
