Excellent service, very prompt and professional, answered all questions I had about septic systems. Found out after arrival that Martin's had actually serviced our system in the past. Apparently was not an easy job since our septic system is very deep and also not in a typical placement. During last visit they had to excavate to find the tank but did at that time also install a riser for easy access. Chris, provided a great deal of information to me about our septic system. Definitely do recommend their service. Top notch!!

Excellent service. We moved here two years ago and previous owners never had it done, so 13 years total. Chris came out, found the tank VERY quickly. I had many questions since we came from NY and city sewer. He explained everything. They had to dig a bit, but the entire process only took 45 minutes. All of the dirt and grass was replaced and it looks as good as when they came. Immaculately clean.... Even the truck was sparkling. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you MARTIN'S Service!

Called for an appointment Monday and they were able to be onsite by 9 AM the following morning. They called in advance of their arrival and were on time. The two man crew was very professional and wasted no time in performing the clean-out. They had a nice tanker truck and were able to reach the septic tank without driving on the lawn despite the distance between the tank and the driveway. They left the tank area as clean as they found it and took the time to answer a few questions I had on the system.

Gilbert arrived right on time. He had to wrestle with some thorny rose bushes to uncover the lid to the tank. He didn't complain and performed the job very quickly. He spent time explaining our tank and gave us good advice on how to take care of things. He then was very careful to make sure he didn't overcharge us and explained how the price was calculated. We plan to use Martins again because Gilbert took such good care of us.

Excellent job. Called Monday, work done Tuesday. Gilbert called an hour before arrival and did the work efficiently. Both he and his partner were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Martin employee Gilbert called 2 hours before scheduled time and asked to come early. 2 men arrived in a large truck and I directed them to the tank. I had already uncovered the tank in the back yard and it was ready for them. They had a device which looked to be a converted boat motor with a long shaft and propellers on the end. They started this device and used it in the tank just like a large egg beater, all the while the sucking hose was emptying the tank. I was really surprised when they were finished in about 15 minutes. I had the tank emptied before by another sanitation company and it took over 4 hours. On that occasion, the tank still had quite a bit of solid left when the operator said he was done. Gilbert and his assistant were very professional and efficient. They emptied the tank completely. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called Martin's at 4:00 on Monday and they were able to get someone to my house Tuesday morning. The technician called to let me know what time he was arriving and he showed up on time. He was very friendly and helpful. Come to find out, my septic tank was not where I thought it was! He helped me track down the location of the tank, got it pumped out, and was finished with the job in under an hour. The cost was a little higher than other companies charge, but I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation.

I called them on Fri. They were here Tues. morning, and called to let me know they were on the way. When the tech arrived I showed him where the tank was. He hand dug to the opening, got his equipment and went to work. The tank had never been pumped and was 30 years old. When he was finished he told me when it would should be done again (5 years) and would probably need a new baffle by then. He then cleaned up the area, gave me my receipt, and left. He was very polite and knowledgable..

Mr. Hensley promptly returned my original call for an estimate to unclog drains in my residential home. He came the next day to evaluate the job, give us an estimate of cost, then scheduled his return visit to complete the repair. He scheduled with me to return the two days later, but failed to complete the job or return our phone calls. Mr. Hensley stated he had just bought out Martins Sanitation, so I understood he was eager to build his reputation. Therefore, could not understand why he wouldn't call us back nor make the repairs he had agreed to.

I got an appointment within 24 hours. They called just prior to arriving, and came on time. The two men were very professional and were very thorough, leaving the yard in excellent shape.
