When I called them, they came on; explained what they had to do, told me what they had to do and why they had to do it. I would recommend them to anyone, and would use them again.

They're very good about getting here quickly. We've been very please with their promptness, cordiality and the price is always fair. They're extremely competent, cordial and cooperative, and I have full confidence in their work.

It did not go well. It didn't seem that the serviceman knew what he was doing. The furnace caught fire for a few seconds. I would not use them again or recommend them.

They tell you will be there and they will be there. You don't have to worry about anything with them.

Everything has gone well. The thermostat has wifi capability and you can adjust temperature from your phone or computer. We've used them about 3 times now and they are very knowledgeable.

They does everything as they quote me. So i give excellent rate for price, quality, and responsiveness. for punctuality, they arrived two hour late due to their previous job, so I rate it "B-good". for professionalism, the technician are friendly and polite. But because they wear the shoe inside the house without any protection (like plastic shoe wrap), i rate it "B-good".

They took 3 days to get to me but when they did it was fixed in less than two hours.

They are very prompt and call to tell us when they are coming. They do what they are supposed to do, and we have not had any problems.

They came very quickly, and the person they sent was nice and courteous. We were pleased with the entire experience.

I have geothermal heat/air. Air would knock off breaker, as well as, heat in winter part at times. Repairman came out and check system thoroughly finding two wires that were touching outside of the compressor. I have had the air since repaired and breaker has not kicked off. Repairman was very professional and polite.

Love the cold air! The Westinghouse unit runs quietly. Installers we thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Very polite and engaging. Pat - in the office - was very personable on the phone and had excellent knowledge of the product. Excellent experience with this company. Highly recommend this company. I chose this company due to Angie's List reviews as well as a flawless BBB rating.

Original estimate was $4400.00 but they were nice enough to call Westinghouse and found there was some warranty left.The part I needed was out of stock that was on a Friday, called me back and gave me a date for repair. Pat was very professional at her job she kept me informed hourly as to what was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone. with the warranty my cost was $850.00 pat saved me some money. Central Air and Heating were able to evaluate the AC problem and fix it the next day. They were punctual and very profressional.

He was very polite and friendly did his job and suggested an electrician that he had worked with before and said that the electrician was very good to work with.

Overall, results are thus far very satisfactory. Big job that required extensive resoucefulness, attention to detail, technical expertise and scheduling flexibility to overcome weather and structural constraints. They were professional, courteous and conscientious in overcoming these obstacles and continue to be exceptionally responsive to the various new challenges inherent to such a revolutionary system.

Our Heat pump was making the most awful noise. The technician Dave was great!! Not only did he explain that the noises were common for a heat pump but then made the machine make them so that he could verify. We also has a bent freon line and he was able to bend it out a little to allow us more time to save up for the repair. I will definitely be calling them to fix it. Their prices are fair and their techs really seem to want to help the client, not just make a lot of money from those who do not know any better.

We like the person that comes to do our work. He is very pleasant, and always does a great job checking things out. We live in an old home that takes alot of heat.

They worker Ron Mattox was very courteous and friendly. He did very clean work. I was very pleased with him. He did not rush anything.

It has been wonderful. I had my furnace go out late at night two years ago and they came out at 11 o'clock at night and fixed it. Their employees are very professional. I have been very happy with them and I will continue to use them.

I've used him twice. When I called him in the morning, they came right away.

They don't do work that is not needed. What work they do is perfect. Every year they send me a Christmas card with a little calendar in it, which I really appreciate. I am widowed and have found a lot of people who like to take advantage of it. They do not take advantage of seniors, and they are very honest people.

They showed up on time, worked on my air conditioner, and answered my questions. I was very happy.

We have used Central Heat & Air since 2001. They installed a new furnace/AC unit and improved the installation that the original builders had performed. They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. They were the only ones that were able to diagnose the issues with our original system and we have used them ever since. I would recommend them to anyone with AC or heating issues.

They are kind and considerate and they are there when they say they will be. They are personable and clean up after themselves. They are honest in their pricing and will let you know up front what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They get back to you within 2 hours after you call, which is good if you have an emergency.

They are very curious and they are on time. They are a nice bunch of people. I would recommend them to anyone.
