+ -1 moreWhen Burchett's came to our home to install our units, they were very professional. They showed up when they said they would, did their work, and cleaned up their mess, which was much more than could be said about our other contractors.
Description of Work: Burchett's Heating and cooling installed our central heat and air when we were constructing our new home. They were actually the only local service who showed up for to provide a quote. They were more expensive than what we'd expected but we did get heating and cooling units for upstairs and downstairs, 2400 square feet approximately. The outside units sit directly under our rear deck and are very quiet. We did have issues with our upstairs unit early into our possession. About a year after installation, it stopped working. Burchett's promptly answered our calls and fixed our unit, by the next day, if I remember correctly. Later, there was a drain pipe that was cracked on the unit in our attic. They came out and fixed that promptly as well. I can not complain about the service they have provided.
