+ 2 moreHe sent me a hand written note thanking me for his business around the holidays. He provides great service and is timely. The last service cost me $375, but I brought the door. He is great. He is good just for the matter of fact that he showed up when he said he was going to show up and did the work to my satisfaction. He tried to match the paint on the garage to the door jambs and got pretty close to it. It is an older house and an older garage. My house has very unusual configurations since it is over 100 years old. So, not everything is level and constructed. He was actually a referral through another contractor that I am considering having my kitchen done with.
Description of Work: Mike Wallace is an independent contractor and he put a steel access door in the back of my garage in October or November. It is a normal door with hinges. He had to do some door shimming and some other stuff on it. My garage is made of cinder block. There was a frame that was in place already and he had to replace some wood. He also had to do some bolt and lock work like the locks that would work on it. He also painted some of the door jambs. His main deal is rough carpentry.
