Window World - Paducah

I have purchased windows and doors from Window World of Paducah. The window I had no issue with. My doors are a different story. I have now had my doors installed for a year and they still have not came back and fixed everything. I have had to go to the office and speak with the owner and all he did was blame the factory but guess what things still are not fixed and its because no one wanted to come back out to fix the issue that has been the same issue every time they come. I had to send photos the first time of the crappy job that was done on my doors and the mess they left. My back door lock I paid for still does not work and I was told it would be fixed and here we are crickets. I should not have to keep taking off and changing my schedule for people to come out 3-4 times to fix something that should have been done right the first time. Also, in case the owner wants to respond to the comment and say they don't see an order under my name my former name before I got married was Sara Schacht. STOP BLAMING OTHERS AND MAKE IT RIGHT!! BAD BUSINESS!!

The windows look great from the outside, but on the inside they don't match up to the sill. There is a gap of more than an inch on all the windows. I asked him about it and he said it looks fine. There are nails sticking up from the gaps. They aren't stained and it looks like garbage. The manager came in and said it didn't look good and said they would come back to fix it, but they never came. They finally came back yesterday to put the back window in and fix the trim. The appointment was between 3 and 6 pm and they showed up at 7 pm. He brought in a window that was wrong. It wasn't the right width and also it wasn't frosted like I ordered. My daughter in law asked him about fixing the gaps in the window and he said all it needs is putty and he called my daughter in law a b****. My son made him leave after that. My windows still look awful and need to be fixed. He said he will send me back the deposit and he will be finished with me but I still need my windows fixed.

To begin with, I called for them to come and give an estimate and a date and time was set. The day before I called to change because of an emergency in the family, and they did not even have us down! In fact, the one that was supposed to come was not even in town. Another time was set but it was only the beginning.....The salesman was nice and we picked out the windows. We thought the price was high but they were very nice, so we ordered them. That was in October and we were told they would be in 3 weeks and they would call to arrange an install. They called when the door and window came in and set up a date to install between the hours of 9-10 am. at 2:00 pm on date of install we got a call saying they were loading the window and noticed it was broken on one end! Shouldn't they have checked it when it came in? And then to call 4 hours after they were supposed to be there! So had to put drapes back up, wait another 3 weeks, then another install date. ok, fine. Try number 2 - say of install calls to says installers are sick, reschedule. Try number 3 - job they are on running late and can't come after all. Try number 4, was told they would be there between 7-7:30 am since there were so many delays. Great, we get up extra early to get everything down and ready. 8:30 am they call to say they are on their way. Well better late than never. The installers were efficient, quick, although not exactly friendly. After they left, One of them had left behind a caulk gun, so I called to let him know and he was to stop by later on. That was good, because as I was looking over everything again, I found they had left off a screw covering on the picture window. That was fixed when he stopped back to get his tool. The windows are beautiful and I do really like them, however I did have to clean them and get caulking off the glass on door and window in several place inside and out......they were not cleaned. Overall it was a very stressful experience that I would not risk repeating by using this company again.

Ordered 12 replacement windows for our home. Installers called and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The crew were Brian, Scott and Brian . They promptly proceded with the job and had the old windows removed and the new ones installed in about 4 hours. They were more than willing to answer any questions.Two of the windowd were measured wrong by the salesman and they said they could make them work or we could have 2 windows that were the correct size. Brian ordered the 2 correct windows size and said they would be back to install them. Very happy so far with our windows and would highly reccomend this crew .

Justin (salesman) came to our house for a consultation. He was very professional and answered all our questions with no pressure for the sale. The time was set for the installation of our replacement windows at between 8:00 and 9:00. Brian and his crew arrived a few minutes before 8:00. In less than 3 hours, they installed and wrapped windows, cleaned up their mess, and answered all questions. I would recommend Window World of Paducah and the services of their crew to anyone!
