 + -1 moreSlow to respond. Slow to call back weekdays - weekend emergency number did not respond at all. Terrble overall.
Description of Work: Was required to use per home warranty company Came out 2 times with no success. When I called 3rd time they did not respond. Finally called next day and they refused to come out again saying "they had already lost money on this deal and would not be back". The home owner is the one who "lost money on the deal" as we paid them $300 and still don't have a working air conditioner. Homeowner has been without air 10 days over the past 13 and now without over weekend. Recommendation - AVOID THIS COMPANY

 + -1 moreWe have used them before for a previous heat pump and they did very well, so we used them again. They did it very good and were clean and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: We had a new heat pump put in.
