Called Terminix for an estimate one the man was very rude on the phone he was frustrated when I didn't understand certain things and interrupted me a lot when I was trying to explain my pest problem. Further this is another company that is contract only very pricey and offer quarterly or 6 month service not monthly or bi-monthly.

I've probably been with them for several years. The service is a required service to keep my termite protection in place. They've been going up 10-20 percent a year, which is a little bit frustrating. Other than that they do the service but the prices keep climbing up. They charged $197.50 this last time but I worked with somebody and got it down to $157.50 but it took quite a while to get it done. They check to make sure that everything is okay. I have no objection to their quality. I never see them. I will continue to use them because I kind of feel locked into them right now.

I've been using their services for a couple of years now, and everything is going well. Their treatment is effective, the technicians are timely and courteous, and they're very reliable in terms of showing up for appointments.

It's a pretty cut and dry process. They do the work as scheduled, and their treatments seem to be working.

We've been long-term customers, and everything is going well. They respond quickly if I have an issue, they show up on schedule, and the treatment has been effective.

Everything had been going well in the beginning, but they followed up less and less as time progressed. Additionally, they kept pressuring us to change over to a different product which we didn't want to do, I didn't feel as though they were completely truthful about their findings after inspections, and their prices were high. Ultimately, we stopped using their services.

Service provider was prompt and professional. Treatment price was comparable, but higher than a competitor. Bait station price was significantly higher than competitor. I have not had either service completed yet, but plan on using the competitor for bait stations based on price.

It was very good. I found in them what I was looking for. They are friendly. They have a good service that is why I decided to go with them. I got a $50 coupon from angie's list and they gave me a discount.

They were fine. They showed up on time. They were good. They were punctual and they did what they were supposed to do.

Everything was good. They were nice, prompt, and on time. They did everything good, and the price was good.

Bob was very responsive and responsible with us in our new home. He took time with both of us in our homeand crawl space. Overall very satisfied this far. Now we will see how the contracts go.

I don’t like them at all. I am just too lazy to find another exterminator right now. I would continue to use them till I find a new exterminator.

I was rather upset with them that they didn’t do a more thorough job. I felt their pricing was normal. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were punctual. I’ll probably stay with them since I do have a contract and they come out and treat for free if they find any termites, and they will pay for any damage that is done.

They made me think that I was signing a contract for termite control, but then they came out and did pest control. They kept doing the wrong thing and when I asked them about termite control they said it would cost extra. They never showed up again and never returned my money. They do not honor the contract and keep the money. They are horrendous and obnoxious; they are thieves. They do not back anything up or follow through with their agreements. They were supposed to come out four times but they came out only twice. I have contacted several people but have had no response.

I just bought the house and I live close to the wooded area. I knew there are too many pests. I have seen Terminix going through the neighborhood. It is barely a new neighborhood. They do a pretty good job. I would recommend them to anybody else. They did what they said. They dealt with a lot of pests that I had to deal with moving into the house. Their timings are great. They have online site where we can fix the time or keep the same time each year. If we are here or not, they leave the notes stating what they have done. When a person comes for the first visit, they pretty much prewash the whole house including gutters etc. It really helped me out and it was a great deal. I had ground beetles. They were coming out through trims, carpets and foundation. When I used Terminix for the first time, they found a lot of nest for the ground beetles. I barely spray myself.

I've been doing business with them for pest control for so many years that it feels like we are friends. I don't have any problem having them here. They did an excellent job and I don't have a bug in this house. They also have a sister company named TruGreen and they do treatment for your bushes but not landscaping. Their price is very fair and the quality is excellent. They are here every quarter. They send me a note saying when they are going to be here and what time and they are here. It's the same technician who comes out every time and we get to know each other.
