The spring broke on garage door. I called the company at noon on Thursday. They said it would cost $69 for a new spring and $69 for the service call. They said they would come that night if it was an emergency but I told them to come the next day. They said that they would be there at 8 am Friday morning. The repairer arrived at my residence at 8:00 am the next morning. He installed a new spring and lubricated the door. It took about 30 minutes and the charge was $138 as stated on the phone. The repairer was very professional and I was pleased with the service. The door now works fine. I would use this company again.
