New World RV

Father and son team were absolutely awesome. Replaced and rewired antenna on top of roof completed job within one hour. These guys are top of the line.

Went to New World RV to clean camper, inspect appliances, and install new awning. I paid to have all this done. When I got to the campground with the camper, I had to do all the cleaning inside myself, everything was still dirty. I tried to turn on the refrigerator, it was inoperative. Also, the thermostat had to be rewired, as it was not working in high mode. The heater ducts needed repaired, two were pulled loose, one was mashed, the other was torn, so no heat was making it out of the ducts. Also, the A/C wasn't working properly. I took it to another company, and they found the wires were loose, and they also needed to tape up the inside of the A/C unit (it was leaking air back into the return air). Also had service provider check out everything else due to concern over New World not doing what they said.
