no call no show on two scheduled appointments. Given a third appointment on Labor Day Weekend. When they were called the day before to verify appointment time. They made up a story that all the parts were not sent to complete the job. All parts needed were boxed together. Lied to the customer. Customer was told the job would take 3 to 4 hrs. Job took 1.5 hrs. Charged for 4+ hrs. Customer was charged for 2 technitions. One tech. was a trainee. If you enjoy terrible service. Deceptive practices. Overcharged for services preformed. Call immediately.

Good Work, Fair Price

I called the company yesterday to schedule service and spoke with Jeff. I was told that I would receive a call in the morning to confirm I was on the schedule and then a second call about 30-45 minutes before arriving at my house. It is now 2 pm and I have not received a single call. I called the company back to see what the problem was and was told that someone would call me. Minutes later I received a call from Jeff stating he never told me that I would receive the call in the morning that it might be noon or after which is NOT what I was told! Trying to cover your butts does not work. If you can't do what you tell customers you are going to do then you DO NOT need to be in business!

I wish I could have a better report for this company. When I first connected with this company in the morning, I received the owner as the receptionist was preoccupied. I explained what our needs were and he was very nice, professional, and open about my concerns. He quoted me a price that we would be charged IF his employees did any work. He stated that someone would be calling me back within the hour to set up an appointment. By mid-afternoon, I still had yet to receive a phone call back. So I called the company back and reached the receptionist. She made a comment that the owner left without giving her the information. I understood and thought it was a simple error. I made an appointment for 2:30pm the following week and she stated that there would be no charge as it was just going to be an assessment. The day of our appointment was the disaster. As my husband and I work in healthcare, it's difficult to accommodate a set time for appointments. We were at our home at 2:30 waiting for the company to show. 3pm comes around with no company and no phone call. We called the company and the receptionist tells us she is not sure where he is and will call us back. 3:30 rolls around with NO phone and no company. We call the company back again and the receptionist says she will try again. We receive a call back stating that he will be there in 30 minutes. By this time, it's an hour passed our appointment and my husband has to get back to work. 2 hours after our appointment the company shows up, no apologies, not friendly, and not prepared. He looked at our duct work and suggested what might need to be done. then stated that there was a $95 fee to be paid for his services. He did NOTHING! I asked for an estimate of what needed to be done and have yet to hear anything back from this company. I will never call this company again or refer anyone to them. I have never received such poor service and am quite disappointed, as I had high hopes per the reviews.

He was called to remove duct work and removed the skunk so the duct didn't have to be removed.

We had a motor go out on the house and the tenant knew Lee's so I told them to go ahead and get them out to do the job. They came out the next day and told us the motor needed replaced and gave them the okay and it was done. My only concern again was I thought it was pretty high but I don't know the business.

I have used them about three times. They have been done a good job in the past.
