Description of Work: I called them, because I needed some plumbing repaired because I was leaking, and I also needed my hot water heater replaced, and I wanted a tankless one installed. They came to give an estimate, and before they left, they stated they noticed that one wax ring was leaking under a toilet. He said he could fix before they left to go back and figure up and estimate for the work I had called them about. I NEVER got an estimate for the work, and ended up having to call someone else, I called them a couple of times to ask for the estimate, no response, however I did get a bill for $90 to replace a wax ring, which was totally ridiculous, considering a wax ring will only cost between 2 - 5 dollars. I was not happy at all.

Description of Work: We experienced a main drain blockage in an older home (no clean out). They worked all day one day through avaliable drains but no go. They returned early the next week and dug into front yard to sewer line, placed a clean out, and cleared the line. They were very professional and friendly. I do wish they had done a little more to fill hole and fix yard when they were through, but it had been snowing (a lot!) and yard was very muddy. This made repairing it difficult. We would use them again.

Description of Work: Repiping, gas lines, top out. Work was pretty good, price was great, response was only fair. We were a ways from town and they had as hard time getting people to us.

Description of Work: CALLED ABOUT A PROBLEM ON KITCHEN SINK. IVITTS MAN CALLED AND WAS ABLE TO HELP WITH DETAILS OVER THE PHONE TO GUIDE ME THROUGH PROBLEM WITHOUT HAVING TO COME OUT !!!! SAVED ME SOME MONEY !!!! GREAT COMPANY !!! THEY EVEN DO BUSINESS AT THE COMPANY I WORK FOR !!

Description of Work: Installed drip line on gas line outside and adjusted seal on drain in master bath tub.

Description of Work: I had a clogged main drain line under my house. I contacted Ivitts and they responded the next day with an assessment of the problem, solution, and estimate. I set a date for the work. They arrived on time and found that the problem had worsened (the pipe had failed) creating a mess and bad working conditions under the house. They finished the work quickly and within the estimate even though it was more difficult than originally assessed. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Ivitts did the replumbing necessary to accommodate this new Rinnai on demand water heater and then plumbed to accommodate the new heater and installed the unit on an in our utility room on an outside wall and constructed the horizontal vent and the overflow line from the relief valve to the outside . All work was done diligently and professionally and within a day's time by two men . The cost was within the guideline for this unit . A very nice job well and timely done by diligent and personable workmen at an acceptable cost . Ivitts also redid our dryer vent to an outside wall in the crawl space . It should be noted that considerable work was required in that crawl space in the course of the installation of the OD water heater as well. The dryer venting was also done quickly and competently .This item is included in the cost figure given above .

Description of Work: Installation of a new pedestal Kohler sink and toilet. Work was done in an efficient and timely manner. He went out of his way to check on some other plumbing concerns that I had as a new home owner. He gave sound, professional advice without trying to get more work out of me.
