Technicians require more oversight & training on municipal codes; one day job took three to meet code because of shortcuts. Owner is a good guy but too busy to check every job. Office end of business very friendly & flexible!

was called twice before they came to do the repair work. first call to see if we had used HomeAdvisor, and second to confirm that we were on their list to get service, Plumber was on another call prior to coming to our house. Completed the service under an hour and price was very reasonable. would use Ivitts again.Thanks Zack and Clay.

We had a plumbing emergency. Called Ivitts and they sent Charlie out within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained my problem. He was very courteous and even checked the other plumbing in our home. He found a leak which we probably wouldn't have known about until it was too late. Priceless!!!
