Description of Work: Poor service, company installs high end components and cannot get them to follow. Two different systems in two homes, worst customer service I've experienced. Contacted integrity audio in Nashville to finally get system to work properly. Purchase system ANYWHERE else

[Member Name Removed], I can stand on the front porch of your house and throw a rock and hit at least four houses of people that would whole-heartedly disagree with you. The only equipment you even purchased from us is the control system, which works perfectly. We can't assume responsibility for every audio/video component in your house working correctly when those components weren't even sold by us! And we would come fix whatever issue you are having if you would just pay your bill from 6 months ago. You shouldn't try tearing someone's hard-fought business down just because they refuse to work for a very difficult client that doesn't even pay their bills. What else would you expect? Be nice to people. Pay your bills. Life will get better, and you'll find yourself spending time on more productive and enjoyable things than leaving bad reviews all over the Internet.
