+ -1 moreMy air conditioner was completely out. I told them on the phone we had a boiler/chiller commercial type unit. They sent a service man out the next day. He looked at it and said he had no idea how to work on that type of system, but that another guy would be out the next day. On 7/30/15 I received a return call from the owner to schedule the repair work. I told him that since it had been over two weeks we had to call someone else. I had used them years ago and quit for high prices and sub-par service, but thought I'd give them another try. This reminds me why I had not used them in over 10 years.

+ -1 moreThe company is family owned and they have a great reputation. When I met with the owner for the estimate, I was impressed with his knowledge and he patiently answered all my questions. The installers were punctual and professional and the owner made sure that what I requested was done to my satisfaction. I have used them for annual servicing and highly recommend them for any heating and air servicing or installs.
Description of Work: I had an old gas furnace and ductwork removed and a new heat pump and ductwork installed.
