+ -1 moreI took a small laptop in because it would not charge. I was met immediately with great customer service. I was given great advice and saved over $40. I will definitely be going back with my desktop for repair. I believe Connection Point to be trust worthy to do what is needed at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: I was advised the laptop needed an adapter cord.

Description of Work: Would not recommend. I took my computer in for diagnostics and was charged $35. The told me that I had a bad motherboard and it would cost $400 to fix my laptop. I told them I couldn't afford it so I picked it up and just tried a new charger and my computer worked fine. They didn't even try a new charger. They pretty much told me immediately that it was the motherboard
