THINK TWICE about purchasing liner pool at this place!!!!!! Terrible customer service. The man sitting behind the desk DO NOT KNOW NOTHING! But you suppose to “talk to him about everything” person named Tiffany said. Tiffany is the one that sold us the pool. She is really nice until she gets her money. After that she doesn’t want to deal with you if there is any problem! She won’t return your calls, so you basically have to just show up at the store and make a scene. You walk around the store, around all the people that work there they know you, but literally ignore you!! … we got the pool put in 2020. Last winter, after this company winterized it, I noticed the automatic cover was sinking. I have opened the pool and there was a lot of water missing. So I filled it back up. I had to do it multiple times over the winter. So what it tells you? There is a leak! I had the pool opened end of March 2024 and told this people about the leak. Well months go by it’s October and no solution! I had to literally go on YouTube and look up how to find the leak in the pool. I told them there is more water disappearing when the pool is on then when it’s off. If these people are knowledgeable they would know it means that there is problem somewhere in returns or down in drain. Well they have done pressure test one time and Tiffany said that test wasn’t done good because it can’t be that there is a leak in the skimmer and leak in returns. She sends the other guy here one Sunday, did not even tell him anything about all this, didn’t tell him to do pressure test! The guy was diving looking for the hole in the liner. No hole! Didn’t have equipment to do pressure test. He said he would bring it next time. After he left my place he found himself job to do and make some money. See attached picture. Well next time he came he still didn’t have the proper tools to get it done. He was looking for some other issues somewhere else. We had the pool built kind of on the hill side so we had to fix the area by building the retainer wall. They are trying to blame everyone else but not themselves! Saying we don’t have drains in the retainer wall that’s why all this is happening. We have drains in retainer wall! They have never been here to even look at it! Just assuming. There is no lines going through retainer wall other than overflow line! So what overflow line has to do with my pool leaking?! Absolutely nothing! My pool is 4y old and the liner is ridiculous looking. It’s suppose to be grayish looking well now it’s light blue because it faded that much. Has wrinkles everywhere. The concrete cracked and so on. It is horrible how they treat people after they get their money!!!!

Tiffany Watson (sales manager) and Michael Oreskavich (Director of Operations) were BIG on the sales promises at the time of the purchase of our inground pool. When it comes down to breaking the ground for construction that is hired out, excellent work by that guy! Then comes the in-house team of physical work/workers. They have a rough hand-drawn "map" of where/how the pool will be set up. The process of communication between the office (Tiffany) and workers is poor at best. Had I not been home; The slide would have been placed wrong sending you right into the cement side of the pool, the ladder and handrail entering the pool would not have been placed where planned. I wasn't home for a few hours when LED lights were put in and those shine right at the house into bedroom windows. once those are placed there's no changing them. I could list the errors but i'd run out of space. Once the agreement is signed ... Then comes the real Tiffany, blocking of calls, avoidance of calls, no calls back, never heard from Michael again if I listen to the staff, who clearly had to lie for both Tiffany and Michael, he's NEVER in the office (insert hard eye roll here) all in all poorest of poor service. The only saving grace, we used financing that WE dispersed payments for services rendered. I'm 100% Certain had we gone with the financing that they asked for "disbursements" on during construction, it would have been absolutely catastrophic with thousands more having to be spent to correct errors. I'm only writing the truth of our experience. I've sat with the experience with Aloha Paducah for nearly a year to make sure my review wasn't purely written out of frustration at the moment. Honestly, they indeed earned every word of this review. It was a shotty, poorly managed, poorly organized, unrealistic promises, laziest installation, damages, longer than necessary process, no follow-up, no instruction of pump maintenance, chemicals balances, avoidance of customer, etc of an inground pool that cost us THOUSANDS of dollars. I could not and would not recommend Aloha Pools Paducah for any inground pool purchase. I hope this helps someone else to look at other companies. Read ALL reviews, and ask around on neighborhood pages. Social Media has opened a whole new level of accountability for businesses, find one that values their customers.

Bought the pool in June of last year. Salesperson very professional and knowledgeable. Pool area prepped and pool installed timely. Had problems with pump malfunction in first few weeks. Contacted Brock and pump was replaced free of charge promptly. I attended a pool care session due to never having a pool in the past and did not know how to care for pool. This session was very helpful. I would highly recommend! Shortly into season we noted ruts in bottom of pool. Again contacted Brock who felt these were caused by moles burrowing under pool liner. He stated at beginning of next season Aloha would come and remove liner and smooth out sand (free of charge first time) and see if this would take care of problem. They are scheduled to come next week. I contacted Brock and staff at Aloha multiple time last summer with questions and they were always courteous and very helpful. I would recommend Aloha Pools!

Description of Work: Bought pool in spring of 2011. They installed it and immediately there were deep footprints under the pool liner.....I told them about it. Nothing ever done..This year when opening the pool a huge amount of debree went in to pool. Since never owning a pool I contacted them numerous times and took water samples in for chemical analysis. They kept telling me to put more and more chemicals in it. My sand in the filter became so hard it had to be scooped out and that repair man said it was due to the excessive chemicals and then the liner became severly wrinkled in several places. I tried for weeks to get someone to come and look at it and finally they had me to take a picture and email it to them. They said the chlorine levels werent right and that caused the wrinkles but everytime we tested the chlorine it was fine......The service men that came about the sand said he self trained himself as well as others....now I have wrinkles and they say that the liner (1 yr old) is not under warranty and for ME to contact the liner company. I heard how bad the service dept was but now I feel like the entire company doesnt stand behind what they sell. I ask about classes in late summer on how to take care of a pool and Brock said "oh we offer those"...not once was it mentioned before them to me. Guess it doesnt pay to have them install it because I still have the big footprints they never offered to fix and wrinkles that all summer they didnt know what caused them.......don't waste your money on Aloha....I will be going to Paducah Pools
