HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I feel so robbed and lied to. WE have totally lost our money and are left with dirt.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. You know you're in trouble when the roofer wants to roof your house the same day a massive thunder storm cell is coming. (The same one that hit Joplin Mo.) I would not let him, Robert Gray, the owner of Unlimited Constructors, do it that day. After that it was like pulling teeth to get him here. He would say he would be here the next day & never show! Not even a phone call! After about the third time of this same scenario he showed up. Now let's talk about the roof job.....I found out that they installed my new deck WITHOUT H-CLIPS! (We were promised we would get H-Clips). After talking to several other roofers, they all told me that H-Clips are very important....They help keep the roof from buckling. Next....Me & my wife counted over a dozen EXPOSED NAILS in the roof!!!! (We took photos to prove it.) Not to mention all the other loose nails left on the roof. They put a hole in my bedroom ceiling about the size of a softball. They also put tire tracks in the yard. I asked the workers to come back in a couple of days to make repairs. This would give us time to get the new tarps & move the very heavy bed out of the way. But after talking to the Robert Gray,(the owner)....for some reason, became very angry & refused to make any repairs. When I told him to leave the house, he stomped out & went to his truck using loud, vile language for all the neighbors to hear....cussing & cursing....& just making a spectacle of himself!!! His men stayed behind & continued the work. The next day two men showed up to finish the job. But no repairs to my bedroom ceiling was ever done. So all of this was left up to me to repair. They did a pretty good job. My only negative comment is that they came a day later than they said they would come. Besides that, everything was done the way they said it would be. They could have done a better job cleaning up but I’m fairly satisfied other than that.
