Technicians took photos of the interior of my home while performing work. Older gentleman, glasses, currently still works there and is listed on the company website (Ron/Roy?). Asked to see each room of my house to "check the vents" and asked to use my bathroom before he left. The photos were posted all over social media to mock me. This person also came back to my house several hours later because he accidentally left a tool, but given the history it does not sound accidental. This person has invaded my privacy and will do it again to someone else, if they have not already. A younger man tried the same thing, asked the same questions but i asked them to leave. I hired them 6-5-2022 to repair a part on my outside ac unit. They repaired it just fine. After the repair was handled the technician talked me into a subscription service where you pay 10$ a month and they will come out and service your unit 2 times a year. Well fast forward to 5-11-2023 and i see a charge on my card for 10$, i had forgotten about the subscription. I called them and asked why they haven't been out here to do anything that they promised with the subscription. She Replied "I'm sorry but only thing i can do is refund this months charge, and also the plan you're on is no longer available and now costs 15$. Would you like to continue the subscription?" I replied no i don't want to and is there really nothing you can do to make this right? You can't even come out to do a single service i have already paid for? She proceeds to put me on hold to talk to her manager. The theme song on hold said they had award winning service. What a joke. She comes back and agreed to do the service and only refund 10$. What a joke this company is. Do not recommend.

First worker came out and found the problem and said it was the circuit board. The cost would be from $200-$300. The board was order and came in when promised. The second repair man came in a fixed everything. All was good. I received the bill a week later and was charged $118 for labor. The cost of the circuit board was $230. I felt $118 for 40 mins of work was excessive.

We have been using Schwartz for all of our heating and plumbing needs for the past couple of years. Because of their professionalism and quality of work, we will continue to use them in the future.

He was very prompt and efficient. He fixed it right away and told me what was wrong with it. He was very responsive and professional.

They are excellent. I have been doing business with them for years. The quality of their work and their professionalism is excellent. Their responsiveness is super. Their punctuality is pretty good. They are usually early. They haven't billed me yet. Their price is above average. I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. I have recommended them to others. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.
