+ -1 moreOpened the garage door, pulled the car in, then tried to close the door. Made a pretty nasty sound. Turned around and found that the door support wires had tangled around the spring bar. Had to disconnect the wires to close my door. Noticed Reed's had a sticker on the door from when they installed it years prior. So gave them a call and left a message. They called me back first thing the next morning. Took some notes and said they'd give me a call back when they could schedule something with their techs. Think they forgot about me for a couple days, so gave them a call back. They sent someone out immediately on my follow up call. Luckily nothing was broken. Technician made repair and spent extra time tweaking the entire system to make sure things were running smoothly. Very happy.
