It went very well. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job.

I spoke with David three times and was insulted each time. First time he was very insistent that my husband be present as the material was so great that one person could not take it in. Second time I called to cancel as I was choosing a local roofer and he tried to guilt me into seeing him because he paid out money already "as great customer service" then when I thanked hi for his time anyway he said "you are not welcome". Third time he called back to save the job and when I TRIED to explain that he had insulted me twice he went off on a tirade. Amazing!

Work did not start as promised, out of town subcontractor/s used, numerous issues with quality of work performed with several issues still outstanding. Once David Sugg was paid he no longer replies to inquiries as to when these issues will be complete. We have tried contacting David several times with reply. Wondering if there will be any service after the sale so to speak.

Very professional and kept me well informed. They were at my house when they said they would be and finished on schedule.

Profinish reroofed my house - the result of hail damage. Because so many roofs were being replaced in our area it took over 2 months for them to begin replacing my roof. But they were worth the wait. They were a very professional company that did exactly as was promised. When they left my job site I could never tell they were ever here. My lot was immaculate. I definitely would hire this company again.

My overall experience was great with Pro Finish was great. I was looking for a good contractor around town that I could trust to do a proper window installation. To me installation is everything when it comes to windows. I found Pro Finish's website and loved the quality of work they did with sunroom installations. Sent them a message through their website. The owner got back to me a short time later. Setup an appointment to get an estimate on windows. I also needed to have an old powered roof vent removed and replaced with some quality roof turbine vents. Everything sounded good and the price was right. His window guy came out shortly after and measured for the windows. Very soon after had his roofing crew out to install the vents and remove the old powered vent. Windows came in a little less than 4 weeks later and had a great installer come out and do the work. My house has 6 windows and he had the job done in a day by himself. Did a great job. It's been almost a year now and couldn't be happier with the windows. One window was making a whistling sound during high wind. Took some time, but I found an open screw hole in the frame. Temporarily slapped a piece of tape over the hole and the whistle stopped. I'll go back and spray some foam in later. Not a major problem, and I'm sure Pro Finished would have resolved it quickly if I called. Will definitely use them again in the future.

It was a long process, but David Sugg kept everything running smoothly. Since it was such a large project, there were several steps that involved many skilled workers from concrete and bricklayers, electricians, roofers and siding professionals. For the most part (weather permitting) there were workers here every day till the project was complete. Of course, none of this would have come together so beautifully if it weren't for the work of the master carpenter Mike Mahoney. He promised us he would build us a beautiful porch and he was definitely a man of his word! Not only does he do fine work, he has a work ethic that is hard to find these days. He was here early and left late. We appreciated not only his skills, but how polite he was and how clean he kept our yard. Overall, the entire experience was very positive. We would be happy to recommend Pro Finish to anyone looking into a remodeling project.

Wonderful. The experience has been nothing but positive. The experience we’ve had the last three months has been nothing but positive. We contracted Pro Finish (David Suggs) to build a sunroom for us. After being diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer we decided life was too short and we were not going to say “next year we will build our sunroom”. From the concrete men, the construction guys, the window installers, the tile floor installer and painter, they were all gentlemen. They worked in difficult weather, never made a mess they didn’t clean up, and most importantly, showed up for work when expected. Their quality of work was excellent. We would recommend them and use them again. David Suggs is honest and accomplishes what he tells you he will do.

It went fine, I would recommend them, the contractor did a good job so it was fine and quality is fine.

Excellent work. The patio roof matched the rest of the home and did not look like an afterthought addition. Shingles very closely matched current shingles even though the original ones on the home has been discontinued. Aluminum sidings also match color of rest of home well. He completed the project in about 2 months. The head contractor answered every question (big or little) by either phone or text in a timely manner that same day. The neighbors are even complementing on how good the patio roof look. He also installed two porch swing hooks in the trusses before installing the ceiling so that we could later put up a swing. Project came out better than I expected even after already seeing all the good pictures on their website. I also appreciate them bringing pictures from other similar projects when they gave me a free quote. They also brought a list of people who used their service before that we could contact if needed. The head construction guy is a perfectionist and that is the kind of person I would want to make sure a project is done right.

The Pro Finish crews did the various jobs on time with a minimum of disruption and mess. David Sugg was easy to work with and checked on all aspects of the project. We were very pleased with the completed work and the cleanup when everyone was finished. We would recommend Pro Finish Remodeling.

The whole project was fun and watching his excellently skilled crew was a delight. The customized sunroom looks like it is part of the house, the finishing and detail is superior. Started the sunroom March 5,2013 . The whole project ,new roof , moved utilities , siding on the house and sunroom was finished May 9,2013. Well pleased with the quality of the work . Any concerns we had on the project were answered, every phone call was answered. A job well done!

Pro Finish Remodeling staffs are very professional. Their communication skills were very good. They did a good job on the project and they clean up after. They had good pricing and they explain the products and they arrive when they said they were going to and they got it done within the time limit.

Profinish was recommeded to my by my neighbor. They had just replaced her roof. David delt with my insurance company making the whole process easy and hastle free. They were quick and efficient cleaning up everyday before they left. The quality is good with no leaks. Thanks for the good work.

Overall it was a very positive and professional experience. Services were performed timely and as promised. The work was completed efficiently and without incident. Workers were hard working and very polite. Workers did clean up the work site when completed. Owner did come to the site each day to check on work and answer any questions. I am comfortable in referring their services.

Our home had hail damage from the March storm that hit our area. David Sugg, the owner of Pro Finish, was soon starting on a house at 712 Bartlett Ave (2 doors down). He stopped by to ask if we had filed an insurance claim for our damage. At that time we were unaware of any roof damage but did have hail damage on the front siding. David informed me that I did have damage and without his suggestion I probably would not have called. From the beginning I relied on David to help me with the adjustors and he did in every way possible. David was always just a phone call away if we had any questions throughout the process. The roofers started around the first of July and did an amazing job. They are a very hard working crew that gets the job done fast with high quality work. The amazing duo of Scott & Barry came soon after and started all of the home repairs. Those 2 men are one of the reasons why we wanted Pro Finish to do our home repairs. We had seen their work on the neighbors house and were so impressed. They installed our windows, gutters ,doors, facia, replaced siding, and window shutters. They completely transformed our home. It once was a light blue cape cod with midnight blue window shutters (often referred to a smurf house) and is now a modern home with clay vinyl siding and black shutters. They difference is amazing!! It really looks like a different home. We would like to replace our front porch next year and will be using Pro Finish for that repair also. It has been 3 months and we still hear so many compliments about the looks of our home. I really can not thank pro Finish enough for the transformation of our home and am still amazed at how wonderful it looks. I definitely encourage anyone looking for high quality work to use Pro Finish for your home remodeling.
