Merry Maids of Owensboro

The first go through did not go too well and I made complaints and the person managing the place had already came back and corrected the problems that I had, so I had made notes. The second time I was satisfied, I might use them again if I have need for it. Really the second time she was anxious to make corrections and she was polite about it. But the first cleaning crew I had was not any better than I am. I think she wanted things to go well, she was in briefly on the day they were here and I started taking notes and taking pictures after they left. She called back to check and she was responsive and worked in with my schedule, it worked out. This is hard because on the first go around with it I would have graded it very low because it was very pricey for what I've got, I still though it was still pricey the second time although they didn't charge me more but if they had done that first time I would have been a lot more satisfied, so it's hard for me to give a grade on that; it's pricey. If they've done it right the first time, they wouldn't have been out the second time; the second time I was pleased. She went out of her way to correct the problem. Punctuality is another thing, it was miserable. The first time they told me they would be there at noon and they showed up around 1:30, and that's after I made a call about 1:10 or 1:00. First time miserable, the second time excellent. They were very pleasant of all times. The first crew should have known how to clean the house, but they didn't or they were very lax about what they did; they weren't noticing what they did. She said they had had training, the young woman worked with me that was managing the group I guess said "Yes, they had training." And the manager said, "I would not send this crew to you again," but that means other people are getting the same crew. I have used them in the past and I was very pleased, this is the only bad experience I've had but that's some of the people they're working with now.

It went very well. They just really paid attention to detail and did a thorough cleaning. We were very pleased with them.
