LOWE'S

NIGHTMARE!!!! To begin with, the kitchen remodel, on this very small kitchen took 3 months. We paid a lot of money to get cabinets of such a poor quality. The original installer would not come to work, didn’t use a certified electrician to do work we paid for a certified electrician to do. Finally Tiffany or someone woke up and realized that several kitchens were not being done. Lowe’s hired another company to do the installation. They did it in four days, which means they got my kitchen functional, but it still is not finished. The installers got my kitchen functional about 3 weeks ago, but have not returned to finish it. After using my oven a couple times, I noticed a wax leak coming from the seal on my oven door. I went to the store and talked to Jordon. She told me she would call me when she talked to her boss. That was about 5 days ago. I still have not heard from her. I called today and talked to Kathy. She told me she would call me back. Never did. Now, today, my garbage disposal, came with the kitchen remodel, burned up. There was smoke coming out of it. I called the store, they put me in touch with a guy in plumbing who hung up on me. I called again and was given the store manager, Becky, who got my information about the stove and the garbage disposal, told me she would call me back in 10 minutes. It has now been over an hour. This store is terrible. I regret so much using this company, especially using this store in Owensboro Kentucky.

Very professional and prompt in working with us. We had an issue with our sink and they took care of it right away. They called us and we had no issues. They were kind, and I would use them again.

Lowe's sent out contractors to install the items I purchased through them. They didn't properly brace the countertops they installed. The company working on my cabinets put in braces. When the plumber they sent installed my sink he didn't attach the hose for my dishwasher. He told me it was because the dishwasher wasn't there yet but it was in the kitchen at that time. He installed a used piece under my sink as well, I thought I would have to buy a replacement part from Lowe's for this. After letting them know about the situation Lowe's gave me the piece for free and I ended up installing it myself. Lowe's did everything they could to make the situation good for me. In the future if I purchase items from Lowe's I'm planning on hiring companies on my own for installation.
