small appliance repair
+ -1 moreCame out to our house to trouble shoot a washer problem. Explained cost of repair vs. replacement. Offered a replacement frontload washer for 1/3 of new cost. I went to his place of business, inspected it, and approved it. They delivered it and hooked it up and explained its operation and maintanence. We've had it for a year now with no problems.

electrician, small appliance repair
+ 0 moreService was excellent -- had all the parts necessary to fix my dryer very efficient and organized. He got right to business and his assistant was very efficient also grabbing tools and parts from the truck as JJ needed them. He diagnosed the problem and checked the whole machine for more than a simple fix. He found a burned out connection wire and bad heating coils that weren't working properly and replaced them . J J doesn't talk much he just speaks with his actions . I will be asking for him for any future appliance and electrical work that I need. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Our clothes dryer died and we called our homeowners insurance company that covers appliances . They contacted J J's and he called promptly the next afternoon and came out the next day. He got right to work and we told him what had happened . He inspected the machine and diagnosed the breakdown. We told him the dryer hadn't been getting very hot so he checked the heating coils and connections and found problems with that and replaced the parts on the spot. He wasn't here more than an hour if that and we were back in business.
