Description of Work: I ordered a sump pump from this company on 5/23/2011 and after a month of not receiving anything or hearing from them I called and they said the pump was on back order but they would send me a different brand that was equivalent and they could get to me right away. After another month went by I called and they kept pushing back the ship date so I asked for a refund. I was told I would get one within 3-5 business days. I have called numerous times and no one will return my calls and all I get is voice mail when calling. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Kentucky and they even attempted to get my refund. Ira Wood and Sons keep saying they refunded my money through paypal on 8/24/2011, but after I proved with my paypal statement that no refund was ever made they closed the case as unresolved. I have now seen numerous reviews posted online about the same problems with this company. It seems once they have your money they don't follow through with your orders or your refunds. They are quickly getting rich off of the hard workers that trust them...
