Description of Work: Job ran 4-4-2016 thru 4-8-2016: No taping. Paint roller drips on wall, paint freckles on all moldings, paint drops on window sills/facings, floors, furnishings and inside cabinets. Where floors were wiped with wet cloths milky residue was left, finger smears left on furniture, woodwork, floors. Paint rings all over front porch floor mats and concrete and pavers as well as in flower beds. Paint globs left on vinyl flooring. Cleaned brushes on garage siding and beat my downspout as well. Cut holes in my kitchen flooring moving the refrigerator. Washer hoses torn up and dryer not put back so it would work. Paint handprints on more than one window. Paint tracked on flooring. No taping used and tarp used less than 20% of painting time. Would not clean up splatters and even brought 5 gal. pail in on flooring and put it on flooring with nothing under it to protect flooring. Promised to do more mudding than actually did. Set furniture back in place while I was occupied elsewhere without any cleanup. If I had not cover several beds with thin plastic tarps I bought, curtains/bed linens/sofa would have been left with globs of paint. on them as evidenced by paint groping left on my cheap, plastic tarps. Shined me on when I asked about how well the cleaning was done where furniture was already put back. He was brought to me by a skilled craftsman who had brought me several talented highly competent professionals to do other jobs. I thought Andrew was of the same high quality. I was badly mistaken. Andrew has potential to become a high-quality competent craftsman. I hope he will strive to become the caring, highly skilled, competent professional like the good hearted man who brought Andrew to me. I am now paying for my mistake of not checking on the quality of his work with previous clients. He took advantage of my situation, and my trust in the man who brought Andrew to do this job.
