+ -1 moreI am very pleased with them. They do excellent work. I thought the price was competitive. I went more by the reliability of the company, somebody who I can trust. I have had experience with them at my church for years, and they were reliable, and that is why I was completely satisfied with them. I am sure there are cheaper places, but I felt like I got my money's worth.
Description of Work: Comfort Design put a complete HVAC in my house, and they have service one in my church for a very long time.

+ -1 moreAt first I ask for the most deluxe system, then we adjusted down based on features and price. We were very satisfied with the explanation and options we were given. We removed the old system and they went to work installing the new ones. They consulted each step and kept us informed as they progressed. The new systems are much quieter and run less.
Description of Work: Had new system installed to replace old heat air including new ducts. The installers are very professional, there when they were due. This is our second system from Comfort design and their service has been good over the last 9 years. Will use them again.

+ -1 moreI have had experience with them before. They are honest and very competent and they came out and gave me an estimate, explained everything well. When they came to install it they did so very promptly and did a really excellent job.

+ -1 moreI got 4 quotes. The price depended on which option I went with. Chris Hagerman came out he didn't look very professional. I didn't go with them. I was not particularly impressed and I did not have confidence in their ability to handle the job. Their price was in the average range. This type of service was like a point of no return because they are going to rip the old unit out and if I don't like it they will not come back and rip out the new unit and reinstall the old one. I felt like I needed to be comfortable with them from the beginning. I didn't have anything bad to say but they under whelmed me. I would not recommend them based on the estimate process.

+ -1 moreI came to know about them through word of mouth. One of the people working there is known to a person I know. They were very good. They took the time to explain all the details about the heating and air conditioning system because obviously I don’t know much about these things. I was happy with the questions they were able to regarding the information and other stuff. They got back quickly with the estimate.
Description of Work: Comfort Design gave me an estimate for replacing the heating and air conditioning unit last Friday.
