BILL'S CONSTRUCTION

Some or the detail was hard to get done had a cracked in brick on the house tried yo fix it three time never got it fix hard a hard time with getting sod on whole yard left a water hole in back yard did a sloppie on lot next door mud ran into street got on drive way could not park car in garge with out getting inside of garge all muddy pressure washed driver way left surface messed up

Overall this house looked great from the start, and that is when it stopped. The very same day we closed on the house, it was a mess. Trash inside and out, sawdust everywere and mud tracked through the entire house. My realitor called to get someone out to clean the house and a lady showed up with a bucket and a sponge, literally! We had the normal 1 year warrenty, and when we called them to fix anything at all, it took nearly 4 mounths for them to come out and solve the problem. When they came to do our 1 year inspection they said absolutely nothing was wrong. They failed to metion the obvious setteling with nails popping out of the drywall. We did have them fix that and they did once we mentioned it. Now that we have lived here for a bit we have noticed quite a bit of expected problems with a new construction but the biggest thing a few years down the line is that they barried a buch of trash throughout the yard when building. Over time that trash biodegrates and causes massive trenches all over our yard, more than the usual in the clarksville area. Overall very poor and unprofessional company!
