"I first hired JS Painting in 2021 and was very pleased with his work. We were in the process of acquiring a few properties, and quickly learned that Mr. Sanchez and his team had the skills and expertise to do interior repairs, remodeling, outside painting, roof repairs, flooring, and pretty much anything we needed for properties that had been neglected. We have used JS Painting for over 50 jobs at this point, and been pleased. If something comes to our attention after he leaves, we call and he returns to make it right. We call him, he gives us a quote, he schedules the work, he does the work in the timeframe he says, and he does a walk through to make sure we are pleased with the results. One property had to be torn down to the subflooring and he did that and the entire interior floors and walls. I have before an after photos of about a dozen jobs, if interested, message me and I will share more. "
