This company was recommended by the general contractor we used for a complete master bath remodel which included a tiled shower stall. Based on the size, the contractor included $1600 for the glass enclosure and door in the estimate. This seemed high but upon further internet research we found it to be in line with the going rate. Wildcat was contacted by the contractor and the measurements were taken on the specified day. The rep. who made the measurements was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and gave us recommendations to choose from. There was no pressure at all. The installation was made on the specified date by another rep. and he did an excellent job. I am picky and I can find no faults with his work at all. I cannot say anything about the final price because it was part of the total cost of the remodel, but there was not an additional charge. Overall, the company was a pleasure to deal with, came in at budget, and did an excellent installation. Can't ask for more than that.

They were very precise when they came to measure but I thought their price was well over what I wanted to pay. I had gotten another estimate a year before and it was at the lower price. But when I called that company back, and they sent someone out to measure, the guy had obviously measured only a few shower doors and took a long time, and I still had no real confidence in the company. And he quoted me about the same as Wildcat, but said he would split the difference with me to somewhat honor the former bid. I placed an order with him and called back in a month to schedule install, and he said he had to come and re-measure, because he had not understood that he had to indicate on the measurements how much and where the door opening was "out of square." And the doors had not even been ordered! I lost all confidence in them at that point. (doors were coming from the same manufacturer, Cardinal, in both cases.) So I cancelled with him and decided to go with Wildcat! Called them back, they got the doors on order that day, and installed three weeks later. Install went smoothly though they had trouble with taking the old doors out, which had apparently been installed using mortar rather than silicone sealer, which would have made the removal much easier. But they got the old ones out, new ones in, and they are fantastic. Very happy and recommend them without reservation.

Initial Communication - Went very well with Adam. I left a message and he called back within an hour. Estimate - Adam was on schedule, but called 30 min prior to arrival just to let me know he was on his way. He brought quite a few samples and was very pleasant when answering even our stupid questions. He did not push his product on us and even provided alternatives if we wanted to save some money. He returned a detailed estimate the following day. Processing the Order - Adam gave us a two week time frame to process the special order. He did not require a down payment and called as soon as the door came in to schedule an install date. The install happened less than a week from the phone call. Install - Jason called 30 min prior to arrival. He stated it would take 3 hours and he finished 10 min early. He was meticulous with spacing and ensured everything was clean when he finished. He provided an overview of what was done, how to take proper care of the glass and stated we should call if there are ever any problems, so they can come out to fix them. The finished product is amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to hire.

Wildcat Showerdoors and Glass did a small job for us, but they treated us as if we were spending thousands of dollars, not hundreds. Unlike another local glass company, they promptly answered my calls and did the job as quickly as possible. They showed up on time and except for the new shower door, I could not tell they had been there. The glass factory made my door too big, but Adam let me know as soon as possible there was a mistake and asked the factory to expedite my order. All-around pleasant experience!

He was great. Our builder put a glass shower in and the water splashed on the doors and walls; it was hard to clean and even if I cleaned it, once we took shower it was dirty again. So we had a new shower enclosure put in. It has a coating on it that makes it low maintenance: I hardly ever have to do anything with the shower stall now: it is wonderful. From the time I ordered and the time they put it in it was like two weeks. There was no mess and they did a great job.

Very professional and did quality work. I would call them again without hesitation if I had more shower glass needs.
