Description of Work: Trec built a deck, fence and replaced a exterior entry door. Robby's team was very professional and kept me updated as they went. They did a great job keeping the job site clean and organized during the build. Keven was in charge of the build and he frequently asked me how things were going and if I had concerns. Great job. I would definite suggest Trec to my friends and family.

Description of Work: These guys are top shelf. Robby Watts, Owner, spent a lot of time designing a complete 2nd story deck rebuild that exceeding our expectations. His crew is very respectful and hardworking. I have not worked with a better contractor in Lexington. This project will add to the overall beauty of our home but will also increase the resale price of our home.

 + 4 moreThe existing deck on our home was in disrepair and we contacted Trec Construction and two other deck builders to perform the replacement. After speaking with all three companies we went with Trec because we felt confident in their knowledge and attention to detail during our site visit. Before construction we had issues with water getting into the house that they addressed during construction without us having to ask. Everything was done above code and the team was completely professional. After two months we could not be happier with the deck. We will definitely be returning to Trec Construction for future projects.
