We are located out of Nicholasville,KY and have been serving Nicholasville and surrounding areas for over a decade. Our company specializes in decks and out door living areas. We build new structures as well as renovation of older worn down structures. Our main focus is to give you the customer an outdoor living space that you can be proud to share with your famy and friends. Our team will come to you and ask about your needs and wants while being in the area your looking to trsnsform. Its proven to be most helpful to work if you in the area so you can point out the flaws and express the needs and wants of your new living space. Together our team will work with you to design the best area tl fit your lifestyle. Once our team has your ideas we will then design the space and present it to you with different options. Once you have chosen the option that works best for you our team will start the building process. We will work with you throughout the entire project keeping you up to date on the planned schedules. We here at Perfect Plan Contracting have worked diligently to provide you the customer with several payment options and plans. Our staff are some of the best at what they do. Each employee has many years in the industry and has strived to be better every day. We do background checks on all employees so to offer the best and safest experience for you the customer. We offer several services. Starting with new construction projects, we can manage your new build from start to finish. Any and all remodeling projects big or small. We recently have added a property management division to our company. We cover everything from yearly maintenance and check ups to monthy/weekly needs, filter changes, replacement of light bulbs, water filter changes, gutter cleaning, winterizing, pressure cleaning, ect. We have yearly plans as well as monthly plans. We will basically develope a plan to meet your service needs. Most of our customers purchase or maintance plans for their elderly family members to allow them the comfort of staying at home without the stress of daily upkeep.
