+ -1 moreResponded quickly and arrived on time. Installed replacement pump in a neat and orderly fashion and removed the faulty pump. Left the area clean after the work was performed. I did not ask the price of the pump before I hired them.

+ -1 moreI had other people look at this problem. This company did the service without tearing out the ceiling and floor, which other people told me they would have to do becasue of their modern equipment. Neal Brothers had the technology that did not require tearing out the ceiling and floor.

Description of Work: While the plumbers worked hard while they were at my home, and overall I believe they did a good job, I do not believe the hours charged were the actual hours spent here. I will not quibble that since I did not keep a stopwatch on them. BUT I lost two full PTO days from my work, waiting on them when they did not come when they said they would. It takes me 6 weeks to earn that amount of PTO and I was not and am still not happy because of this. I felt like charging the company what I make per hour as a nurse, for the hours I lost from work for nothing. In the end I paid without complaint as in actuality, what was I going to do. Really. But these are issues the company needs to work on.

+ -1 moreWe did not choose to go wtih this company not because of anything that was done poorly but simply becausee we found another plumber who was able to do the work somewhat cheaper.
Description of Work: Neal Brothers came out and provided me a free of charge estimate to do the work of roughing in a full bathroom in my unfinished basement. The office contacted me within a few days of my email request and arranged a time to come to my home. He arrived on time and was professional in his approach to my needs/requests. He outlined the best way to get the work done and when he left advised that he woudl be working up an estimate and getting back with me in the next week. Within 3 businness days I had a written and thorough estimate mailed to me.
