 + -1 moreI obtained Moore Surveying's name and number from an excavator. I called for an estimate. Mr. Moore was very prompt in coming out. He was very helpful in explaining the poured concrete process. He was very informative in letting me know at what point to call him to come out again. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I would definitely rehire or recommend him.
Description of Work: This company stakes or marks where your home or building is physically located. They use a GPS system in doing this. The first time they come out, they site your property using GPS. The second time they come out, an outline of the property is depicted on a computer system and they place flags in the ground to outline your house or building and stakes to depicted where the excavator is supposed to dig. This is usually four to five feet away from the building. Once the property is excavated, they return to mark where the footers will be located. This was important to us as we had poured concrete walls. Mr. Moore provides you with a site plan that is beneficial when obtaining your building permit. The site plan depicts the necessary setbacks that are imperative when obtaining our building permit. In a nutshell, this is a three step process. It was necessary for Mr. Moore to comeback a fourth time as we had a misplaced footer, which was partially the pour concrete company's responsibility.
