John and Rick were awesome from the start. These guys do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it! I couldn't have imagined a better scenario. In fact, I had been through a nightmare experience with a different web designer just recently and I was dreading the experience. I'm so glad I called John and Rick. My business provides a technical service (I am not a graphic designer) and these types of creative marketing projects are way outside of my comfort zone. John and Rick made the process much easier than I had anticipated. Their prices are reasonable and they get authorizations from you prior to charging you for something, so there are no misunderstandings. I would definitely recommend John and Rick without hesitation.

My website was a complete debacle and before contacting John from Modern Web Studios about correcting my website issues, I attempted to acquire the services of two other website designers from Angies List. The first thing I did was contact the designers with the most reviews so trust me when I tell you to look beyond that for sure! If your looking the build a reasonably priced e-commerce type website then the Modern Web Studios company is for you. Johns knowledge level is well beyond average but the most compelling thing about his as a business man is his patients and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure you?re satisfied with the product. If you don?t at least inquire about his services?.Then your simply cheating yourself AAAAA++++++

John and his team at Modern Web Studios are hands down the best in the business! I live in south Florida and found it difficult to locate a company that I could work with to create my new site. I found Modern Web Studios on line and after speaking with John for a short time, I quickly developed trust in him and I could sense that he knew what he was talking about! I hired his team almost immediately to build my site and the experience was seamless! John, Rick and all the folks at Modern Web are very professional, easy to work with and very creative! I own a specialized business and I wasn't really sure what was needed on my site to reflect exactly the types of services I offer. Well, they knew and from the start their goal was to make sure they built the kind of site that had all the elements needed for my customers to understand my services. They also showed me how to edit my site, add photos and text and make changes to the site at anytime. I love that service and I am not aware of any company out there offering that service. I feel really fortunate to have found this web design company on Angie?s List. We have small family owned heating and air conditioning business (Air Done Right) in Philadelphia, PA and we didn?t have much money in our budget to invest in a web page, well at least we didn?t think we had enough?but then we found John at Modern Web Studios. John was able to bring our vision full front and center at a price we could afford. Our site has all the bells and whistles, cool graphics, pictures/icons you can think of, even a blog. The guys at Modern Web Studios have also put together a series of tutorial videos (very user-friendly) on how to manage and edit your websites content. John was able to create our website in just a few days and was very generous with his time and always responded to my emails within minutes. He even offered suggestions that would make our web page ?pop?. I later found out that Modern Web Studios create vehicle banners, business cards and other promotional items. We will definitely be using them for all our company graphics in the future.

When I first contacted Rick at Modern Web Studios it was in regards to a question I had about having a custom website built for my dog sitting company. I had NO intentions of having them do it but after a half hour conversation with Rick , I knew these were the guys I wanted to build my site. I was most impressed with the expertise and willingness to share his knowledge and at one point, Rick brought John (the CEO) into our conversation and I was equally as impressed. Needless to say, I signed up for their service and the process was seamless. I've had a number of websites over the years so I've dealt with many different web designers as well as a few different content management systems. I have to say the combination of Modern Web Studio's user-friendly website editor and their genuinely caring support team make them stand head and shoulders above the competition. CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OR WEBSITE EDITOR): An extremely easy-to-use, browser-based website editor that Modern Web Studios provides their customers is by far the best. It's so self explanatory and user-friendly that I didn't even need to watch the videos to understand how to do most of the general tasks when editing my website. But the video tutorials are well made, thorough and very easy to use. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE: The level of knowledge and more importantly CARE Modern Web Studios puts into the support of their product is so far above what I've experienced in the past. I can confidently say (to anyone that needs a website) you can edit your website YOURSELF without having to pay some high-priced, full of himself designer that will "eventually get around to updating your site". It is extremely easy for us to edit our website, and so convenient to not have to pay a website designer to do updates. The after the sale support has been phenomenal from Modern Web Studios, not only with our recent upgrade to CMS, but since we created the original website in 2009.

They have done a very good. John has worked with me so well. Whenever I don’t understand something, he would explain everything to me to the best of his ability. He would even get into my PC remotely and show me how to do some of the things. If I ever have an issue, I can just call John anytime for assistance. I am very happy with his services.
