I tell you.. I was a little nervous about getting a website.. but one call to these guys and all that went away.. They walked me step by step through the process anticipating my questions before I ask them. They did some custom changes to the theme as well as tweaks to some of my supplied graphics. I thought I knew about SEO from my last website but little did I know that google had changed everything. John and his team brought me up to speed with SEO and all the cool tools my site has built in. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a website.. matter of fact I have.. We needed a website for our company, I contacted John last week and he had us up and running with a very professional website within a week! Had I known it would be this easy, we would have done it sooner! Super, super easy and it looks great. They have a lot of theme options on their website and you choose one. We submitted a word document with the content we wanted and John took that and turned it into a 6 page website that looks great! Their templates even have sample test in case you're not sure what to say. He had a mock-up of the website to me within 24 hours! Today, Rick spent an hour showing me how to work the website and how to optimize it. He made it look really easy. I'm not expecting to need any changes, but if you do he shows you how to do them yourself (although, I think they'll do them for you). And the interface they use is really user friendly. If you need a website, just do it. These guys are great!

They are awesome. I would highly recommend them. I've worked with them since 2005. I've been working with them for about 8 years. John is so knowledgeable. He is extremely knowledgeable and he can bring it down to my level. He's very fair priced. I'm happy. Responsiveness is an A+. It seems like John is working 24 hours. He gets back right away. I got an offer to design a web page for MI COMPNIA CLEANING IN SEPTEMBER 2014. AND THEY TOLD ME A must pay EXTRA MONEY FOR PROFESSIONAL WELL I'll stay, which I thought A VERY RARE OFFER BECAUSE THEY were offering a very professional and modern design. But I do not know anything TECHNOLOGY agreed to pay the extra money, about 300 DOLLARS MORE. With my debit card. THEN THEY TOLD ME designed it had to pay X MY DOMAIN NAME WHICH get paid x 2 years about 44 extra dollars. Once built the page, I was told I PUT THE IVAN FIRST OF ALL SOCIAL PAGES AND MY COMPANY WOULD BE IN FRONT OF GOOGLE. AFTER 6 MONTHS BUT NOT LET ME GET THE RESULTS OF MONTHLY PAY 20 DOLLARS BY GOOGLE SEARCH, then they threatened to THROW ME MY WEBSITE WHICH STOP ME VERY UNFAIR INPROFESIONAL E X because I paid my website. NOW ALL I WANT MY MONEY BACK, AND I WILL PUT A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND OTHER ENTITIES TO BE ME JUSTICE!

Good followup, great service and information

I am extremely happy with how everything went with modern web studios. From the initial inquiry to the very end John Was extremely responsive to all emails and questions. John provided me with several different options at various price points which I appreciated. After the site was all set up I worked with Rick for design aspects and working with him was a pleasure as well. They were both extremely helpful and informative throughout the process and explained everything in detail especially with the SEO as I was very confused about that but they made sense of it all and explained why things should be a certain way which I trusted and am very happy I did. The whole process went very quickly and smoothly with the only delays being on me as I took a long time to get them certain info and photos they needed but as soon as I got it to them right back to work they went. Rick spent a great deal of time going over my site with me and showing me how to use it and edit it myself if I wish. I have gotten very positive feedback thus far on my site. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. They will also be hosting my site for me. I look forward to continually working with both John and Rick in the future. Wow!!!! I just can't believe what an awesome website I have now, thanks to John and Rick and the team at Modern Web Studios! After spending 3 years using other developers and also trying to do it myself, I almost gave up. After our initial purchase we were contacted by Rick. Everyone has been wonderful to work with. It feels like we hired whole new marketing department. At first I was a little hesitant because that seemed like a ploy to get more business, but quickly realized how important it was and is to be able to rely on it a solid company for help. The experience was amazing and it is ongoing. John Taylor, our web designer, is a priceless gem, who was able to meet our company's needs and my exacting expectations without a hitch. John met every challenge. We wanted a new look and responsive website. This was no problem for John, who was challenged to build us a custom website by creating his own responsive template from scratch to meet our needs. There was no store bought template for us! If the standard photo shopped pictures were not quite right for the various themes we wanted to depict on our site's Home page, John worked his magic and combined elements into custom scenes. If are old product shots were looking their age, again not a problem since John does really good photography. Everything overall went well. Rick was professional and helpful and educated me somewhat on how to write my script for good search results. I did find the process somewhat chaotic in that at times I didn't know what was coming next or what was expected of me or of them. Someone like me, totally naive about the process, could probably benefit from an overview at the beginning and maybe a flow chart in nontechnical language which shows the steps. Rick has been willing to make every change I have requested, and I believe maintaining the site and making any necessary changes in the future should go well.

They are doing a great job. We are currently using them to design 3 websites. They not only help us create them, but also maintain the domain for us. They are very helpful and very kind to those of us who are not particularly skilled in this field.

This is an amazing firm to do business with. I worked with Rick and he has been so incredible throughout the process. I really don't have the words to describe how great these guys are. As other reviewers have marveled, they're wizards ? absolutely amazing ? which seemed basically too good to be true. They did what they said they were going to do ? only faster and better than promised. They made us feel like our job was the most important thing in the world to them and kept coming up with ideas to make it better long after we were ourselves satisfied. They treated it like it was their business and gave us technology and business-related advice, value and a level of care that was worth many times the cost. They combine outstanding design skills, super-efficient communication, tremendous technical savvy, and an ultra-conscientious approach to doing business that's simply unbeatable. They delivered way more than they promised and delivered it even faster than they promised. We got way more than we expected ? again way more than our money's worth. As another reviewer said, they combine seemingly unlimited patience with a willingness ? make that a burning desire ? to go the extra mile to not only make sure you're satisfied, but also to make your project absolutely as good as it can be. It was wonderful, I got more than I expected. They went above and beyond. I have referred others to them. They took my information to create the website for me. They made my site more attractive to individuals and set up my website to show up on the search engines when people search for trucking. I have received a lot of compliments on my site. They have a partnership to where if I need additional service in future I am able to get service for no additional cost. Great custmer service. Fast but yet quality!
