Description of Work: I contacted Modern Web as well as other web design providers on Angies. John Taylor immediately contacted me and followed up with a more detailed proposal. In the end it became apparent that the features our site has are not all included in their proprietary CMS. However, John was very straightforward about their capability and referred me to a different service that specialize in the features we need. I appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. Some of the other have yet to respond at all after several days.

Description of Work: They built a newer, fresher website to replace my older one and changed the CMS software to something that was super easy to use. This is an on-going project so when I am done with the new site, I will give a more complete review. John and Rick were very professional, easy to talk to and will bend over backwards to help you and make you happy. The listened to what I wanted and we went from there. They were totally at easy with customer input. I am able to do just about all my own editing and adding content to the site which is great. They even explained about future possibilities with the site as it grows. That is VERY refreshing from the way most companies do business today. I can't wait for it to go live!

Description of Work: Rick and the great staff at modern web studios held my hand through creating my website and offered phenomenal support and guidance. I admit I was tentative about taking this step into technology but I had the content so grabbed the great angies list deal offered. Rick helped me immediately and staff was there for follow up. I began to have fun with the web page and look forward to working more with modern web studios if I need support going forward as that is part of the package.
