Excellent service. They came and measured the rooms, gave us a final estimate and were back in a week to install the carpets. they did a fine job with installation, cleaned up and removed the old carpet. The carpet is great and was a very reasonable price for such quality.

Showed up on time, vinyl that he recommended (I hadn't seen it yet) looked great, install went smooth. Great guys to work with, and pricing is good as well. This was a 2 day notification job as well, called 1 day after closing and he fit me into the schedule 2 days later!

I highly recommend them.

Hardwood flooring in MB, LR, DR, hall, and stairs. Tile in kitchen, bath and entrance. They did a great job and went beyond and above to do what I wanted. No hidden cost. I plan to have them back for other jobs.

I am very impressed with their professionalism and their work. This is more of a minor job not a major job.

We were looking for tile for a kitchen remodel that would match the granite we picked out. Found this company on Angie's list. Went there on a Saturday and arrived when the store had just closed. Judi was in her car ready to leave and when she saw us trying the door she opened the store back up and helped us. We found a beautiful Daltile that had just come out in December 2011. She did not have a price for the tile yet so she called back on Monday to give us the cost. After checking with 3 other places for this exact tile, they were able to give us the best price, so we ordered the tile from them. While my installer was putting in the tile I called Judi with a couple more questions and she was always wonderful and helpful. Overall a great experience. Would recommend them to others.

We have a large finished basement which flooded. After we corrected the problem we needed to put new flooring in the entire basement we're guessing 2,000 square feet worth. We went to various flooring places to look. It wasn't until we found Hensley's and spoke with both Gordon and Judi that we knew we found the right place. They make you feel at home immediately as you tell them what you need done. They show you everything you could possibly want but will give you an honest opinion when you ask what they think. You can tell they have been doing this for quite a while and they really seem to care about your happiness with the end result. They let you take home samples to view in the proper light. We were at the store about 5 times trying to decide. Gordon came out the same day, we first went there, to take measurements and to get a better understanding of what we needed. When we finally decided what we wanted Gordon was able to give us an estimate on cost and when it could be done. When they told us what time they were going to be over, they were there or we received a phone call letting us know they might be a little late. Because we never wanted to rip out a whole basement of carpet again we went with most of the rooms being done in a plush commercial carpet with no padding. They glued it to the floor and it looks great. If water ever does show up we can easily remove it with our carpet cleaner. We originally were thinking of doing the hallway and game room in ceramic tile but the tile we picked out was thicker than the tile it would flow into. Gordon suggested permastone. Permastone would be easier and less expensive to install and if the basement floor cracked the permastone wouldn't. We were really impressed by it and they had plenty to choose from. Now that it's down on the floor it looks great and I know we made the right decision. The workers Gordon brought with him were very polite and knowledgeable. They were also the cleanest crew I have ever had work for us. Everyday before they left they would clean everything up. I've never seen anything like it. We know we will need more tile in the future and we know the only place we'll ever go is Hansley's. We just can't say enough good things about them and the people they employ.
