The job started off well. The contractor was helpful and kind, but as the job went on, he delayed and then rushed to finish the job instead of doing it right and completely. As of January 2013, other things are showing up that were poorly done and falling apart now. I had to pay $1000 to another company to have the work finished. As of the 12th of August 2010, he received the final payment for work done on our Residence. This payment was in good faith and confidence that the few remaining items would be completed as of the 9th of September 2010. This was not only verbally agreed on, but was in written form. As of the 9th of January 2011, the work has not been completed. This company was contacted via phone several times, and each time agreed to come finish the paid job, "In the near future." I understand this answer is ambiguous, but I believed he would complete it. A BBB Case was opened and went to arbitration and Eric Sullivan was decided against and at fault. No response has yet to come, and the BBB still holds a settlement against this company and the owner for non-payment and non-resolution of issues. Front door flashing not completed nor sealed Damaged vinyl siding above front porch temperature probe Front porch gaps in soffit and flashing East Dormer flashing bent and not lined up to house Gaps at top of east dormer flashing North East side of front porch, damaged flashing J Strip used at base of wall instead of starter strip Missing siding at top of south west back porch The following damage has occurred as well: Front dormer flashing has blown out with drip edge pulled out completely During installation, several items were discarded or damaged and not replaced, including expensive weather equipment. Contractor claims he did not work on my house. I still have the sign that he put in the front yard during/after working on the house. Let that speak for itself.
