It went very well , they did it in one day ,never left mess and they do good relation all away round.

I now have the best roof I have ever seen. Very personable and courteous. Explained everything and found things that fit within our budget. Our ins never paid for the full extend of the damages, so them working with us and finding things within our budget helped! Also, they used their personal time to meet with us. I would hire again and again.

My home was damaged December 11th by the Tornadoes that struck Kentucky. And I would go through that tornado again if it ment not hiring Alliance and Joseph Cox again. Joseph and Alliance has only made the situation worse by literally being a pathological liar. Yes I said Pathological Liar. Not a single timeline date or event he set up happened on time during the last 7 month. Not one. Example: roof will take 2 days. 7 weeks later still working on that 2 days. Still missing gutters and downspouts. Also paid them to move my family out and in of the house, clean house after repairs, pick up and haul away waste around d house. My wife and I did all of this and much more. If not for our work we wouldn't have met the date we were required to move out of our temporary rental. Basically Alliance was OK with us being homeless. Still to this day we are missing 2 porch lights, 1 gutter, 2 downspouts, they broke a window, chipped bathroom sink, cracked tile floors, threw away materials ask to keep more than once, refuse to answer phone calls and text for days and weeks. His employees have been caught drinking on the job, and passed out in my yard. This company is undeserving of a business license or your families money. They will take advantage of you and your family time because they do not care. Once he gets your money he will dissappear and use your money to fund the jobs he thinks are better for his image. Rather than just finishing the job he has already been paid for. His employees have told us he refused to send them to my house because he felt other jobs benefited him more. So if you want to be lied to constantly. To have your living situation in peril. To have to move into an unfinished house with a long list of issues. And could care less about your money, family or home. Then this is the company for you. If anyone wants pictures or text history between myself and Joseph Cox to prove my claims just ask. Amazing. They handled everything in such a timely fashion and handled very professionally. The roof quality has turned out beautifully and we could not be happier with the end result. On top of this, they inspected their work once done. Then cleaned up all debris.

Every interaction I had with Alliance Roofing and Contracting was professional and courteous. I was kept informed and up-to-date regarding the entire roof replacement process, and they answered all my questions clearly. I am happy with the manner in which they restored my property, and I feel it was a very smooth process overall.
