The project did not start on time. It took them longer to finish than they originally thought. The quality of the workmanship was very poor--I'm going to have to have someone else come in and fix some things. As far as customer service goes, his attitude was poor at best. He seemed unconcerned about getting the job done.
Description of Work: They did a tear out and re-installation in a bathroom.
