I can't say enough great things about Chad. From our first request for an inspection to the final report, everything was incredibly professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. Chad pays attention to every detail: his website is clean and well laid out; contracts, invoicing, and payment can all be done online (including accepting American Express), and the final report we received was very nicely organized, easy to read, and very, very thorough. Thanks to Chad's work, we found out that the house we wanted to buy was actually a disaster, so he just saved us a ton of stress and money. We will definitely be using him again for our next inspection. Two very, very big thumbs up.

We were very impressed with Chad's work. We wanted an inspection where we would be welcome to be with the inspector every step of the way - Chad welcomed this warmly. He was very thorough, explaining and answering questions clearly and with evident interest. His written report was outstanding. He not only accompanied all his comments with photographs, but highlighted the critical points in his explanation. This made quick pinpoint of items easy while still retaining the thoroughness of his professional observations. In addition he provided a summary of the report as well as lists of contractors in case we needed a specialist's opinions of work done. We were very impressed and recommend Slab To Slate and Chad warmly. Chad also followed up after the inspection to make sure all was in order and what happened with the property. A true professional.
